1.Website Terms & Conditions
1.1 Online payments for your parking will not entitle you, unless otherwise specified, to any particular space in the Car Park or priority over other customers. Upon entry to the Car Park, check in with the reception. There will always be a space available for you if you have booked, and we endeavour to always be in attendance when customers arrive. This is why we ask for flight times at the point of online and phone booking.
1.2 We would prefer customers phone us directly if a member of staff is not in attendance at the carpark when you arrive. Do not abandon your vehicle as we will always have members of staff onsite or nearby.

1.4 Our website is on secure web hosting provided by www.mavento.co.uk. Our booking system utilises WordPress, woocommerce and uses secure payment gateways Paypal and also Worldpay, both of which are hosted by third-party renowned payment specialists and use secure socket layer encryption. We take every precaution to ensure online security and integrity, but cannot guarantee it or be held responsible. At no stage do Prestwick Airpark have any access to payment details for online transactions. We cannot be held responsible for any online crimes that customers may fall victim to, but will use insurance and do everything within reasonable means to help should any issues arrive from using our website.
1.5 We do not store credit/debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
2. Car Parking
2.1 When you book car parking via the website you will be given a unique booking reference number (“Booking Reference”) via email.
2.2 The booking you make is valid only for the times, dates, price, car park, terminal and airport specified in your booking.
2.2.1 Please ensure if your return flight arrives after 23:15 you must add the following day to your reservation.
2.3 The terms and conditions of use of the car park are as follows:
(a) Car parks are priced per calendar day or part thereof. We classify a day as ‘one overnight stay’. Prices are subject to change and quotes are valid at the time of booking only. The number of days charged is calculated on the basis of the dates you select at time of booking.
Please note an extra charge may apply and this may apply irrespective of the reason your return to the car park was delayed, unless your delayed return is caused by the negligence of Prestwick Airpark.
(b) All prices shown are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate.
(c) When you have parked your vehicle, it is your responsibility to:
(d) lock your vehicle securely;
(e) not leave any animal or person within your vehicle;
(f) ensure that your possessions are placed in a locked boot and are not on display.
Prestwick Airpark cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever to your vehicle or possessions within it, resulting from your failure to scure your vehicle/possessions. The Airport and its subcontractors do not accept any valuables or other articles for safe custody.
(g) You must drive carefully and responsibly in the car park. You must also ensure that any children and animals are properly supervised and are at all times accompanied when they are using the car park. Please take care to be aware of all vehicles in motion within the car park. Enter and drive to the left and follow the road markings.
(h) You must comply with all directional signage and other instructions when in the car park.
(i) The Airpark does not accept liability for:
(j) damage to your vehicle (whether caused accidentally or by way of vandalism);
(k) theft of, or from, your vehicle, while the vehicle is in the car park, unless such damage or theft is caused by the negligence of the Airport or its agents or employees, and then only to the extent that the Airport’s negligence has caused or contributed to the relevant damage or theft.
(l) If you fail to collect your vehicle more than 30 days after the date which you have specified for exit in the booking then we will contact you again via phone or email. If we have your address we will send a written letter, we will also contact the police as the best way to proceed in such a scenario.
(m) In such circumstances, providing we serve no less than 30 days notice in writing via recorded delivery to the address provided at the time of booking, we shall be entitled to remove and sell the vehicle and deduct from the proceeds both our reasonable handling expenses and any unpaid sums for days in which the car has been in the car park calculated at the drive up tariff. We will then remit the balance to the credit card of the person who has made the booking (unless we are notified to do otherwise in writing). Our rights of disposal set out herein are in addition to any of our rights to dispose of unclaimed vehicles under the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977.
(n) While the Airpark uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the car parks are secure, Prestwick Airpark cannot and does not guarantee that they are a secure environment. Closed Circuit TV running 24 hours a day and high walls around locked premises are huge deterrants but cannot guarantee safety from every eventuality.
2.5 The following terms apply to use of the transfer service:
(a) Please be aware that you need to leave an appropriate amount of time to reach the terminal building from the car park using the transfer service. You must factor in time to park, get your luggage out of the car, lock the car, speak to Prestwick Airpark attendants and either walk, taxi or use Prestwick Airpark’s transfer service round to the airport.
(b) The Airpark does not accept responsibility if you miss your flight or your airline check-in has closed because you have not left enough time to get into the car park, and then from the car park to the terminal.
2.6 We reserve the right to move any vehicle within or outside the car park to the extent that we deem necessary to carry out the efficient management of the car park.
2.7 The following are not permitted in the car park, and we reserve the right to refuse to allow you to use the car park if you carry out any of these activities in the car park:
(a) conducting any service work, cleaning or repairs to your vehicle;
(b) carrying out any business activity, including but not limited to in connection with selling, hiring or other disposal of your vehicle;
(c) filling or emptying of fuel tanks;
(d) misusing or damaging any part of the car park;
(e) parking outside of a designated parking bays (appropriate to your vehicle) or otherwise as instructed by car park staff;
(f) driving dangerously or too fast;
(g) making unnecessary noise or nuisance, including playing music in a way that annoys other users of the car park or people living or working nearby;
(h) filming or taking photographs;
(i) cooking or lighting fires;
(j) using the full facilities of a camper van, including but not limited to the toilet, bathroom and kitchen;
(k) doing or attempting to do anything which is a criminal offence;
(l) spending excessive time (as we may determine) in your vehicle in the car park. This includes sleeping in your vehicle.
3. Cancellations or changes to bookings made for Prestwick Airpark car parking.
You can cancel the parking contract by giving no less than 7 days notice prior to the Car Park arrival date and time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or phoning 01292 479638.
You will then receive written confirmation of the cancellation to the e-mail address stipulated.
3.1. Cancellations must be advised at least 7 days prior to the Car Park arrival date. Due to parking spaces being reserved and then not used we will credit you with a parking voucher to be used at Prestwick Airpark.
3.1.1 This parking voucher will be for the same length of stay your original booking as for and will remain valid for 18 months. Regardless of price changes in future you will be able to fly from Prestwick Airport and park with us in the future. No administration charge will be levied.
3.2 Bookings made less than 7 days before departure can’t be cancelled but again, we will issue a parking voucher for the booking made. Unless there has been a mistake in the booking, which we will investigate once we have been contacted, we will adhere to this policy.
3.3 Where a change is required for a reduction in the number of days in your car park, then Prestwick Airpark would ideally receive notice of your change to your booking at least 24 hours before the car park entry start date.
3.4 No retrospective refunds will be made after the car park entry start date or drop off entry time if you’ve booked Valet or Meet & Greet (as detailed on your voucher) if you have not followed the cancellation and/or changes to booking procedures set out.
3.5 No refund will be made if a booking has not been redeemed or a voucher has not been redeemed, for any reason or cancelled in accordance with these Terms following procedures set out above.
3.6 Any days booked and left unused will not be refunded unless you have followed the changes to booking procedures set out above.
3.7 No refund (only made where due) will be made unless you can provide the Airport with a pre-paid booking reference number.
3.8 Prestwick Airpark cannot be held responsible for cancellations of flights, holidays and other such events outwith our or our patron’s control. We operate with large overheads, have limited spaces and our refund policy has been revised due to frequent and costly late cancellations during our busiest months. We have obtained legal advice and we believe this voucher is a fair alternative and allows us to continue offering the competitive rates and service that we provide.
4. Our liability to you
4.1 Prestwick Airpark will act with skill and care when providing services to you.
4.2 Nothing in these Terms and Condtitions limits Prestwick Airpark’s liability in the case of death or personal injury caused by Prestwick Airpark’s negligence, or in the case of fraud.
4.3 Without prejudice to Paragraph 7.2 above, the Airpark’s liability to you for the provision of car parking shall be limited to an aggregate of £50,000.
4.4 Prestwick Airpark does not accept liability for:
(a) any indirect or consequential loss; or
(b) any loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of earnings.
